I scaled it past $10M in revenue, secured investor backing on Dragons' Den, and eventually made the decision most people don't: I exited my businesses: because I had built something worth walking away from.

But here's what that story doesn't tell you:

I've been doing this inner work for over 20 years. Long before it was a brand strategy, I was a student of personal development, of nervous system work, of understanding what it means to lead from a grounded, regulated place. I've birthed two babies, one at home in 90 min. I've built practices, sat in circles, and done the kind of deep work that most people save for some future version of themselves.

That's not separate from my coaching. It is my coaching.

I blend business strategy, financial mastery, employee development, and deep inner work, because I've learned that sustainable growth requires all four. You can't out-strategy a dysregulated nervous system. And you can't out-manifest a broken team structure.
